Emin Efendi was born on November 15, 1978 and graduated from School №210 in 1996 and started the bachelor degree at Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction in same year.

He started his professional career as a producer in various programs at ANS ChM radio. In 2001, he was the host of “De, Gəlsin” meykhana show, which had great auditorium in country, and then the producer and host of “Çardaq” program broadcast on “Space TV”. In different years, he organized the opening and closing ceremonies of Azerbaijan Cup Finals in football. In 2011, he was chief producer of opening and closing ceremony of World Boxing Championship held in Azerbaijan. In 2014, he worked as a project manager of justfootball.com website and the first football program "justfootball" broadcast on Internet. He was a member of jury in “Böyük Səhnə” program broadcast on ATV TV channel. He was the project leader and host of “Bizim kimi” show, where famous stars such as Vitali Klitschko, Roberto Carlos, and Demis Roussos were guests. In 2022, he was the project manager of “Səhərin Şərhi” - first morning radio show on football broadcast on “Radio Enerji”.

Emin Efendi is currently producer of Miri Yusif, People's Artist of Republic of Azerbaijan, and is project manager and author of weekly program “Danışır Əfəndi” with the support of ASAN Radio.
