He was born on January 29, 1967 in Baku. At the age of 12, he learned the secrets of football at the Youth Football School. His first professional club was "Surakhanili" FC. He played here in 1988-1990. Then he transferred to “Neftçi” PFC. However, he had to end his career because he joined to Karabakh war for fighting voluntarily. After the war, he started working as a coach at Neftçi. For many years, he has been working hard to find talented children in the capital's club and win them for the country's football.

Specialist dedicated his life to children's football and worked as the head coach of the U-15 and U-17 national teams in 2000-2002, and under his leadership, the U-17 qualified for the next stage in the Elite Round for the first time. In 2006-2008 he worked as a scout coach of national teams. His academy teams have participated in international tournaments in Italy, Denmark, Bulgaria, Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, Turkey and Spain and have achieved success. He is The Honored Coach of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

He has successfully completed the UEFA "A" category coaching courses.
