Elnara Mammadova was born in Baku on 29 July, 1976.

She is a graduate of the Azerbaijan State University of Languages.

She started her career in audit and assurance team of PwC in 1995 in Baku and London offices. Since joining BP in 2005, she had serviced in leader roles in tax, financial assurance, ethics and compliance, transformation and procurement.

She is currently heading performance management function for Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Turkey region.

She has been a member of the Supervisory Board of "Neftçi" Professional Football Club since November 30, 2022.
