Gulnara Fikret gizi Adigozalova was born on February 24, 1977 in Baku.

She graduated from Baku State University, Faculty of Law.

In 1996-2001, she worked as a Legal Adviser at "Təmas” Law Cooperative and at №1 Maternity Hospital named after N.Gasimov.

In 2006-2012, she worked as Deputy Chief of Personnel Sector of Department of Housing and Communal Services of Social Development Office of State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic and she worked as Chief of Executive Control and Clerical Department in 2012-2014.

She was Head of Personnel, Regime and Salary Sector, then Head of Personnel, Law and Licensing Department of "Neftçi” Professional Football Club in 2014-2023. After the structural changes in club, she was the Head of Human Resources, Clerical and Licensing Sector.

She speaks Russian and English.
