He was born on October 9, 1991 in Baku. In 2013, he graduated from Middle East Technical University of Turkey, Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration.

From January 2014 to January 2016, he worked as a supplier at “Capital Motors” LLC, and from January to October 2016 as a supplier and logistics specialist at “Modern Holding” Group of Companies.

Since October 2016, he has been working as Head of Supply Sector of “Neftçi” PFK.
