The training base of PFC "Neftchi" located in Bakikhanov settlement is not yet at the disposal of the team. The construction work carried out here for a long time is nearing completion. In the near future, it is planned to transfer to the club a training base that fully meets modern requirements.

The 6-storey office building at the Neftçi Football Center will have offices for the club's staff, accommodation, meals, medical examinations and rehabilitation. The building will also have a fitness room, sauna and swimming pool.

At present, the players have 3 natural grasses that meet international standards, 1 outdoor and 1 indoor artificial pitch in the territory of the training base. At present, all the main and junior teams of Neftchi train here. Substitute and academy teams also play their official matches on the grounds of the base. It is planned to open a grandstand with a capacity of about 1,000 fans and additional locker rooms around the new open-air artificial pitch.

The construction of a two-storey modern office building belonging to the Neftchi Football Academy will also begin in the base area in the near future.
