- Azer, first of all, I congratulate you on getting an Azerbaijani passport and becoming a citizen of our country. How do you feel?

- Thank you very much! I have unusual feelings. Now that I have the chance to represent my country in the international arena, I imagine how happy my natives feel.

- Getting an Azerbaijan passport can open the way for our national team. Are you waiting for an invitation from the national team?

- Yes, I hope to make my debut in the national team soon and to be able to help the national team in solving the tasks.

- Let's talk about “Neftçi”. You have been here for about 9 months. How do you feel in the club, in general, in Azerbaijan?

- I like Baku very much. It has a very good climate that allows you to play and train comfortable conditions. Baku is a beautiful city. I tell all my friends who are not here that they have not seen such beauty. Everything is good in the club, I am satisfied. It is true that there have been difficulties at times, but I hope that everything is behind us, and only good things await us.

- During the remaining period, you performed in various positions with white-black jersey. What position do you feel most comfortable in?

- I have been playing in different positions for many years. I can say that I am universal and I like every position in its own way. In standard terms, I can say that I am ready to be useful in any position, but I still prefer to play on the left side of the defense. However, until I was 23 years old, I sometimes played as a right wing midfielder and sometimes behind the striker.

- Our team is currently in the 3rd place with 22 points and is 3 points behind our opponent in the next round “Sabah”. Do you think we will be able to win this match and close the points difference? In general, what do you expect from this match?

- Yes, “Sabah” is an ambitious team with a good coach. But of course, as in every match, this time we will go out only to win.
